Let's get you started on Macros while we work on your plan.

Macro counting or IIFYM is NOT  a diet. You can eat what you want, but you must hit these macro nutrients.
  • Protein
  • Carbs
  • Fats
    and the micro nutrient Fiber

Oh..  you need the one that allows for custom macros and fiber.

PROGRESS PHOTOS

Let's take some pictures. I need these to be spot on so please do not upload ones that are not correct!  
Read my awesome blog post on how to do this perfectly!

Priority: Take your pictures! Yes.. don't wait! 

When: Early AM after you use the rest room upon waking. Pick the same day of the week to do your check in pictures. Example: Every Wednesday is picture day. Accountability and consistency will get you everything you want.

NOTE: Feet are pulled together in all pictures.
Wide legs does not look pretty in pictures, unless you are doing competition poses 
Stand nice and tall with your shoulders back and chest up. SMILE!
Please wear the same outfit for each set of pics.
Bikini or boy shorts and sports bra is best for me
to see. If you are not comfortable with
that please look at these pics for great ideas. 

You can upload your pics into trainerize easily. 

TRACK YOUR FIRST 3 DAYS

Ok.. We need to figure out how you normally eat. So open your tracker up and start tracking everything you eat for a full 3 days. Do no try to be "be good". Do not try to be anything other than your normal. This will slow us down. When you have your three days of tracking.. click here and fill out this form.

You will then receive your macros back from your coach.
Please fill out the form and give as much info as possible so we can really help you!


Now, you must track your normal eating for 3 full days.  Do not attempt to eat on the new macros. Just eat like YOU.  This plan won't work if we don't know how YOU normally eat.

When I receive your three days, I can then send you your set of macros that you will be working for. Please be honest. Don't try to  "be good" or fudge what you eat.  If you are a person who eats a little during the week then a lot on the weekends, tell your coach.
Please don't send a list of food you ate.
Please don't track on paper. Use your macro tracker. 
Don't send me the diet you are following.. I need to know YOU!
Note: please don't PLEASE don't  forward your trackers list of foods to us. DO NOT SEND screen caps of pie charts or other screen caps of your numbers.

Must have: Digital food scale. Purchase this on Amazon for the best prices.
Travel food scale: Amazon.com
Red versa loop or 'hip circle' from amazon. This will serve you at home or travel!
Red Versa Loop from amazon.com You need this. It's our secret weapon.
Whey Isolate for pre/post workout. You can find any brand you like. Veg protein works too. It's amazing.

Take one front pic. One side pic. One back pic. No mirror selfies please.
Use your video camera to create the best check in pictures!  Here's how!

​Full body.
Must see your feet.
Face can be cropped.
Same outfit each time. Bikini or boy shorts and sports bra is best.
Early AM after you use the rest room.
​Camera is level and not pointing down or up please.
Do not turn in pictures that are like the left side with all that floor and ceiling. They must look like the right. Full body, head to toe. If you upload pics like the left side, I'll send it back and send you back to this page to correct it.  It's a faster process if you can just upload it correctly. This is the biggest issue we have with on boarding clients. Hack: Clients who take the time to go over my material do better than those who skim.  Thank you!  Reason: I need consistent, full body pictures to do the best job for you. This is industry standard. Pinch the image to make it fill the screen and then screen cap.

How to get pictures into trainerize.

Hey.. you can shoot then upload your pics to Trainerize just like you would any other social media. Pro tip: Shoot the same day of the week. Same outfit same exact poses. Watch your progress unfold! Stand up straight!  No slouchy pics. This is awesome!
Start on the dash then hit the PLUS SIGN >PICTURES then upload the front, side and back shots from your phone.


when you reach your dashboard, click the Plus sign.
Click "picture" to add photos.

STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW.

1. You will have to have a digital food scale for sure.  
Amazon is good for scales. The small one is for travel.

FYI: I only recommend supplements that are for muscle recovery and nutrition. If you want other recommendations, you can contact me and I will help but start with the food first.

​ All clients will benefit from these items, including the band. If you ever travel, you will need this red loop and a long power cord with handles like we have in the studio.
