Take your beginning pictures.
When: Early AM after you use the rest room upon waking. Pick the same day of the week to do your check in pictures. Example: Every Wednesday is picture day. Accountability and consistency will get you everything you want.
NOTE: Feet are pulled together in all pictures.
Wide legs does not look pretty in pictures.
Stand nice and tall with your shoulders back and chest up. SMILE!

Challenge clients will shoot their pics weekly into Trainerze. Same day of the week. Same outfit. Watch your progress unfold! Stand up straight! No slouchy pics. This is awesome!
Important things to have.
You will have to have a digital food scale for sure. I recommend the JP trio for nutrition!! I only recommend supplements that are for muscle recovery and nutrition. If you want other recommendations, you can contact me and I will help but start with the food first.
