After you have done 2 weeks and for all your subsequent check ins.. you will upload your pics to Trainerize Same outfit each time. Remember to do it early morning after you use the restroom. You will weigh and put your weight into body stats. Then shoot your pics. You will then need to fill out my check in form so I can see how you are doing. So click the pink "check in button"! |

Macro counting or IIFYM is NOT a diet. You can eat what you want, but you must hit these macro nutrients.

Pick the same day of the week to do your check in pictures. Example: Every Wednesday is picture day. Accountability and consistency will get you everything you want. NOTE: Feet are pulled together in all pictures. Wide legs does not look pretty in pictures. Stand nice and tall with your shoulders back and chest up. SMILE! Please wear the same outfit for each set of pics. Bikini or boy shorts and sports bra is best for me to see. If you are not comfortable with that please look at these pics for great ideas. You can upload your pics into trainerize easily. |
TRACK YOUR FIRST 3 DAYSAfter you send your new client form, your coach will send you beginning macros. Add these to your tracker. Now, you must track your normal eating for 3 full days. Do not attempt to eat on the new macros. Just eat like YOU. This plan won't work if we don't know how YOU normally eat.
After 3 full days, send your coach your numbers. They will look like this
When your coach receives your three days, she can then send you your set of macros that you will be working for. Please be honest. Don't try to "be good" or fudge what you eat. If you are a person who eats a little during the week then a lot on the weekends, tell your coach. Please don't send a list of food you ate. Please don't track on paper. Use your macro tracker.

How to get pictures into trainerize.
Hey.. you can shoot then upload your pics to Trainerize just like you would any other social media. Pro tip: Shoot the same day of the week. Same outfit same exact poses. Watch your progress unfold! Stand up straight! No slouchy pics. This is awesome!

Amazon is good for scales. The small one is for travel. 2.I recommend the JP trio for nutrition!! If you order the Trio, your children can participate in the children's study and receive their own supply of the Juice Plus Gummies at no cost. I recommend this as it's just fruits and veggies in the gummies! They taste amazing. FYI: I only recommend supplements that are for muscle recovery and nutrition. If you want other recommendations, you can contact me and I will help but start with the food first. All clients will benefit from these items, including the band.
