At home training is great. We will work with the equipment you have but you must
have the basics.
If we need to do a food meeting or nutrition lesson, we can do that too. These sessions are built around what you need. Maybe you need help with form or want to learn some new techniques! Let's work together. Are you struggling with onboarding with my program and need to get started with assistance?
