Motivation : Our program has 2 support groups to help you master social situations. One is for solely dedicated to macros/food questions! The second is client resources to help you with workouts and motivation! |

8 weeks of fat shredding workouts.
These workouts will keep you lean and tight and burning!! Workouts will be delivered to your mobile device through our app, Trainerize. You can access them any time! Every exercise has a video that shows you exactly what to do. You will also track your progress in Trainerize for your coach. Check ins
Every 2 weeks you will upload your pics and do your check in form so your coach can adjust your macros if needed. Groups/Biggest Loser style challengesYou can do this plan with your friends/co-workers for a challenge or support group! Just let us know! You will be able to share progress in your group!

Personalized Macros
You will do a consult with your coach and upload your beginning pictures to Trainerize. Your coach will then give you macros to get you started. Learn IIFYM Class is online and you can book in right away! In 90 min we will teach you how to slay your holiday events without blowing your macros! Community Support
You will be invited into our secret Facebook Macro- Nista group! We have hundreds of members world wide and we know IIFYM! We will help you be successful. Ebook: You will also receive your own copy of our Learn IIFYM ebook! You can do it in your gym or home!In your gym, you have more options for equipment! If you need to do it at home, no problem! You can use DB (up to 10s, 12s) Swiss Ball and bands.
