Good grief, you just opened the flood gate of misinformation. The plan you need to do is the one you see yourself doing 1 year from now. A sustainable plan. That means, you need to eat like YOU.

I'm going to be super honest with you.. my body building workouts are tough. My pole workouts are harder. I can pick weights up for a good solid set of reps then rest in between my sets. In my pole workouts, I'm lifting my body weight up over and over again for 3-4 min at a time before I come off the pole to rest. Repeating that over and over again for 1-3 hours is grueling! Aerial artists need to fuel like it's their job.
