I require all clients to upload pictures a certain way. Please
understand you will get better service if you follow these steps.
I will return them and ask you to do them over if they are not correct.

You will NOT receive your workouts until I get your beginning pictures.
When: Early AM after you use the rest room upon waking. Pick the same day of the week to do your check in pictures. Example: Every Wednesday is picture day. Accountability and consistency will get you everything you want. Please don't do them mid day or in the evening. I want them at your early morning dry weight for consistency. Full body.
NOTE: Bikini Figure athletes will do check ins in a bikini. As soon as you have your show bikini, you will wear that. We are using front pose, back pose and relaxed/side pose. You may use cheekies and a bikini top or sports bra.
You will pose in your SHOW heels at every check in. I want to see what the judges will see.

How to take them:
Set your phone up to waist high and turn the camera towards you.
Make sure it's tall and not landscape.
Press video and film yourself in Front pose, side and back poses.
Stop the video then play it back.
The scroll bar will appear at the bottom and you can slowly scroll until you find the best shot of your poses.
Touch the screen and the scroll bar will disappear!
Screen capture a front, side and back pose to upload to trainerize.
Your heels must be in the picture. Look at my pics and make yours look like mine!! You can do it. Do not leave the scroll on the pictures!

The great news is that MFP is visable in your Trainerize app. You can synch it in Trainerize.

You will have to have a digital food scale for sure. I recommend the JP trio for nutrition!! I only recommend supplements that are for muscle recovery and nutrition. Recommendations are in your Prep bible
